Requests and engagements
Project scope, timing, rates, and deliverables must be agreed upon before work begins. Talent availability and fit are not guaranteed until a match is confirmed.
Payments and cancellations
Rates are shown or confirmed upfront. Any cancellation terms, expenses, or additional work should be agreed upon as part of the engagement.
Acceptable use
You may not use Perf for unlawful, unsafe, deceptive, or abusive activity. Users are responsible for providing accurate information and complying with applicable laws.
